About The Role :

The Manager of Supply Chain Administration will develop and manage the services that support the Supply Chain department. This includes business intelligence and analytics, contract management, supplier relationship management, and procurement systems. They will create a strong framework for each program, ensuring they meet business needs and follow S.M.A.R.T. principles.

  • In this role, you will build a team with the skills to excel in program development, execution, implementation, and maintenance.
  • You will set KPIs for the teams that align with business goals and foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

Here’s what you need to qualify:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 4+ years’ prior experience in successfully managing the supply chain administration functions in a fast-paced environment.
  • You need a solid understanding of administrative processes, outstanding communication skills, and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint, contract software, ERP, and e-Sourcing is required.
  • Previous experience working with suppliers and resources in the UAE market is preferred.
  • Additionally, you should have skills in negotiation, analysis, a good grasp of terms and conditions, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
