About Role:

Provide customers with precise information about local attractions, hotel bookings, transportation, and fulfill any other requests they may have.

Responsibilities:

Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

  • Help customers with inquiries, whether related to the store or not, and offer directions and information about the store and Dubai.
  • Keep informed about daily activities and promptly notify the appropriate manager of any potential issues.
  • Advise on Amber Queries and issue gift vouchers.
  • Keep up-to-date tourism information on major events in the city, including directions to key attractions, restaurants, shopping centers, cinemas, sports facilities, banks, consulates, transportation options, and special events.
  • Call Amber customers to collect their cards.
  • Explain the Amber Loyalty program to customers, detailing its benefits, list of participating stores, and web card.
  • Collect new Amber application forms daily, update customer profiles in the allegiance system, check if cards have been printed, update forms with correct stamps, maintain relevant trackers, prepare for driver collection, and assist customers and staff as needed.

Requirements:

Here’s what you need to qualify:

  • High School qualification with computer literacy, numeric and analytical skills.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar field.
  • Good communication, & inter-personal skills.
  • Proficiency in written and oral English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
