We are hiring an Accounts Assistant to join our outstanding Finance Department. This role involves ensuring proper accounting and record-keeping, complying with IFRS and GAAP, and monitoring and controlling the AR Aging Report.

Responsibilities:
Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
- Review and create/post all types of payables.
- Address supplier queries and resolve issues from vendors, handling communication directly and by phone.
- Review transmittals for incoming invoices/tax invoices and verify all received documents and checks, ensuring they match the system records.
- Follow up with the Procurement Department and other departments to resolve discrepancies or missing requirements in invoices or supporting documents.
- Prepare, process, and reconcile all prepayment accounts and participate in monthly closing.
- Review tenant leases and deposit checks in the bank using a cash management solution.
- Ensure proper accounting and record-keeping for properties managed by the company.
- Reconcile supplier accounts and schedule payments according to due dates, preparing checks and manual/online transfers on time.
Requirements:
Here’s what you need to qualify:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting Certification.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel functions , formulas & charts is a MUST.
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience.
- Communication skills in English – verbal and written.
